Online Shibir - March 2020 - Updesh Chayya 6, 8, 9

As the shibir in Sayla has been cancelled for March and many swadhyays around the world have paused to avoid group gatherings, Param Pujya Bhaishree has blessed us with a digital online Shibir, our vandan at his feet.

We will be sharing the digital shibir here on the website and on whatsapp for our Mumukshus for 5 days from 21st - 25th March 2020.

As in shibir we encourage you to
- maintain as much maun as possible,
- to introspect and spend as much of the day in suvicharna and atma chintan,
- to reflect and do avlokan of your kashays
- minimise your phone use and limit your interaction with the news and the external world
- eat simply and limit the subjects of the senses.
